On the one hand, there is the file that shows that the NSA had collected data from Spain, while on the other hand there is another document that states that the US is, in fact, collaborating with various countries, including Spain.

The head of the NSA, Keith Alexander, has denied that the agency has monitored millions of phone calls in Spain, France and Italy.
