A fairly powerful explosion occurred this morning shortly before 7 am, on Electras Street in Vouliagmeni, and caused residents to jump out of their beds in fear.
The bomb was placed on a helicopter-camera (drone) which the perpetrator directed towards the target, which remains unknown until now.

The bomb exploded at a height of 10 meters above the road deck and the remains of the helicopter were thrown 50 meters away, damaging an adjacent car.
It should be noted that about a year ago, an armed attack took place on the house of a businessman at Electras and Praxitelous Streets.
Police forces cordoned off the area. Officers from the Southeast Attica Security Sub-Directorate and members of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit (TEEM) were at the scene.

The most advanced remote-controlled helicopters have high-resolution cameras that can record images up to 150 meters above the ground.
