With a small electronic gadget that will be made available free of charge to all interested parties, possibly throughout Greece, minors will have the ability to make a direct "rescue" connection with the personnel of the competent service, who will help, direct, notify the competent authorities and often intervene immediately in emergency calls.

We aspire for all children and parents in Greece to have their police protector on their mobile phone. We are interested in offering security to our fellow citizens," officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate characteristically state.

This revolutionary and innovative idea, used in very few parts of the world, was put into practice by the officers of the Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate and will be presented next week by the Minister of Public Order and Citizen Protection, Mr. Vasilis Kikilias, and the head of the service, Brigadier General Mr. Manolis Sfakianakis.

The revelation by "Free Press" about the peculiar "collaboration" of two former crackers, 16 and 19 years old, with the police officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution, who accepted the investigator's proposal to... serve the "restrictive condition" of their presence at the competent service, became a topic of discussion during a visit by Mr. Vasilis Kikilias to the prosecution offices, in order to congratulate its executives on the recent identification of the creators of PEPE or Lecpetex.

"I understand that everyone has the right to make mistakes, especially young people. We are here to prevent, but also when this mistake occurs to understand the motives and dimensions of it by offering solutions.
