The monthly AI Feature Drop for Opera brings an innovative feature to users of this browser: Writing Mode 2.0.

This latest update further improves Writing Mode, an AI-that was introduced about six months ago. Unlike the previous version that only included Tweak and Spellcheck options, the new version introduces the Text Generation option, giving users the ability to automatically generate text based on the instructions, subject, or highlighted text they provide to Aria.

In addition to the ability to create text, Writing Mode 2.0 features a revamped interface, making it easier to access the available options. In addition, there is now a new way to access the feature.

Users can highlight text in an input field and right-click to display the options menu. They can then select the new AI writing mode option and allow Aria to generate, adjust, or check spelling based on the text.
But there's more! Opera is adding a feature that allows users to continue their conversation with Aria in real time via the sidebar while in Writing Mode. This makes it easy to save writing queries to your conversation history for future reference.
