The highest RAM speed currently available is 9.6 Gbps, offered by LPDDR5T RAM from Korean company SK hynix. LPDDR6 RAM is expected to be even faster, with the exact speed remaining unknown. This is not surprising, as it is not expected to be implemented in new smartphones before 2025.
