Thousands of Spotify users are complaining that their app isn't working.
On Wednesday morning at 7:50 a.m. EST, news of the Spotify outage began flooding Downdetector.

63% of the reports highlighted issues with the app. An additional 21% of the reports mentioned issues with the Spotify website. The remaining 15% of the comments mentioned an issue with the platform's audio streaming capabilities.
According to the comments, many Downdetector users reported having difficulty accessing their music.
On the contrary, some complained about their inability to see anything on their dashboard.
“Only downloaded songs work :(” one user wrote.
"My playlist (of calming music to start my day on a positive note) just stopped," said another person.
"This happened a few times yesterday too. I was relieved to see that I'm not the only one having issues with Spotify. I started thinking my playlist is too long (over 24 hours)," said another user.
