The upgrades will be carried out where possible and after consultation with the customer. They will start immediately and are expected to be completed gradually in 2022. DIA subscribers who are eligible for the upgrade will be transferred to the next commercially available Internet speed , maintaining the same price and duration of their contract, as well as the additional services they have, such as Internet Back Up, Managed Network Services and DDoS. Customers will be informed directly by their COSMOTE partner about all the parameters and the steps required to implement the upgrade.

Speed upgrade for COSMOTE corporate broadband Internet customers has begun
The free speed upgrade has already started for COSMOTE fixed broadband Internet residential and corporate customers , in areas where optical fiber has not yet reached the home and business and where this is technologically feasible. With the extension of the speed upgrade to the DIA service, even more COSMOTE corporate customers will enjoy higher Internet speeds.
