A 6-year-old girl from Little Rock, Arkansas, has possibly become the most enviable role model for children around the world!
While Ashlynd Howell's mom, Bethany, was falling asleep on the couch after a movie, her daughter came up with a brilliant plan to buy her favorite toys online. The girl used her mother's thumb to unlock her iPhone and buy toys from Amazon!
Bethany received 13 order confirmations for Pokémon items worth $250, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
The girl's parents initially thought that the phone had probably been hacked , but they soon had a revelation from the culprit herself - their daughter.
"No mom, it was me. I did some shopping. But don't worry, everything I ordered is coming straight to the house," Ashlynd said excitedly.
"She's very proud of herself," Mr Howell added.
Since the family could only return four of the items Ashlynd ordered, they told their daughter that Santa had discovered what had happened to the Pokémon toys and that was what he was going to bring her for Christmas.
Good idea Ashlyn!
