Apple has already assigned its suppliers to produce the next iPhone, and according to reports, the new device will include the Force Touch feature.
The new phones will be the same sizes as the iPhone 6 (4.7-inch and 5.5-inch), and will have the same design, according to Bloomberg, citing anonymous sources.
Force Touch is a technology adapted to the touch screen that enables the detection of pressure exerted on the screen. That is, it detects the force with which the user presses their finger on the touch screen.
The feature could have a lot of applications on the device and could easily simplify the existing UI. It should be noted that the technology has already been used in the Apple Watch and the trackpad of the new MacBook.
The Bloomberg publication also reports that production has begun and will be in full operation by next month.
Bloomberg's sources also said that no serious malfunction is expected in the final assembly of the new phones, as the new devices will be similar to the latest iPhone model.
There is only a possibility of a production chain delay that could occur if the new displays with the Force Touch feature do not pass quality assurance tests.
