Apple will announce its second quarter earnings in a few hours from now, and it may be one of the most important announcements for the company, since depending on the results, there will be corresponding reactions, positive or negative, for Apple and Tim Cook's team.
It should be noted that Wall Street is extremely pessimistic about today's results and predicts that although there will be profits, they will be very low. For the first time, reports have appeared that Apple's board is seriously considering replacing Tim Cook, since they consider him responsible for the company's continued decline in stock.
So, in this ominous climate, today's announcement about the company's financial results, as you understand, takes on a different significance, regardless of whether we are still talking about profits for Apple, and everyone agrees on this.
There is also the optimistic side of analysts, however, or to put it better, the more logical ones, who predict that Apple today will announce much larger amounts than those discussed on Wall Street, which will range between $41 billion and $43 billion. That is, a growth of 37.5% and 38.5% that has nothing to do with the ominous forecasts that want Apple to not exceed 8%.

These analysts believe that Apple will announce the following sales for the second quarter of 2013:
- 36.5 million iPhones
- 18.3 million iPads
- 4.1 million Macs
- 6.25 million iPods
We will know in a few hours, but we honestly believe that the above percentages will be very close to what Apple is about to announce.
