Electric bikes are not scooters or motorbikes, but neither are they just bicycles. They are something in between, between a bicycle and a motor, a gadget many would say, that will rest our legs while we move easily on the road.
No matter how much cars evolve, the cycling community is large and loyal, and has been growing steadily in recent years. This is not only due to the price of cars, but also for health and ease of transportation. However, electric bicycles are expected to gain a lot of fans over regular bicycles, at least for a long time.

According to a survey conducted in the U.S. and Europe, there is a great boom in sales of electric bicycles, which is expected to continue. As stated by the president of the Federation of Light Electric Vehicles, although the total sales are 200,000 electric bicycles compared to 16 million sold last year in the U.S., the number is double that of 2012. A big advantage is that there are several models at a very good price.
