There have been recent reports from some Surface Pro 3 – especially those who purchased the devices with Intel Core i7 processors – that their tablets are overheating.
Microsoft officials publicly responded to these reports on August 26, claiming that they are working on a fix for the issue that will soon be made available to the public.
The employees refused to say whether this means it will be included in the next scheduled updates on Tuesday, September 9.
