The free digital skills training program for businesses, COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS – Certification Program, returns for the third consecutive year, this time in the form of video-recorded online courses. The program is aimed at all small and medium-sized businesses, their employees and freelancers and responds to their need for education and training in the digital tools that will lead them into the new digital era.

As highlighted by the recent research conducted by the E‑Commerce Laboratory (ELTRUN) of the Athens University of Economics in collaboration with COSMOTE, there are still significant opportunities for development in the digital transformation of SMEs, with the lack of digital skills and insufficient monitoring of educational programs remaining as major issues.
The COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS – Certification Programenablesbusinesses to gain the necessary knowledge to integrate modern digital solutions into their operations, contributing to their overall upgrade. Furthermore, with its new format via video on demand, the educational action offers professionals all the advantages of asynchronous digital education: flexibility, time savings and the ability to review the material at a time that suits each interested party.
The program was designed by the Electronic Commerce Laboratory (ELTRUN) of the Athens University of Economics and Business in collaboration with COSMOTE, and provides free, certified training on modern digital tools. Participants have the opportunity to obtain a training certificate from the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM) of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
To date, over 2,800 professionals from various sectors and regions of Greece have participated in the two cycles of the COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS – Certification Program. Following an online evaluation process, over 16,000 certificates of attendance for individual courses and 1,000 training certificates have been awarded by KEDIVIM of the Athens University of Economics, for those who successfully completed all courses.
