Cyber Stalking is a form of online harassment in which the perpetrator harasses the victim, causing them fear or anxiety. For example, they may continuously send them unwanted messages either via email or social media or constantly send friend requests.

Of course, as you can imagine, the perpetrator doesn't stop at online harassment but also goes on to live with the victim, who obsessively follows him in the places he frequents.
Stalking is a criminal offense in Greece and is punishable by imprisonment for up to one year or a fine. The severity of the penalty depends on the nature and extent of the stalking behavior.

As for now, the results of the research conducted by SecNews regarding Cyber Stalking prove that the victims are more than we expected. The results are detailed below:
