The great success of Xbox Live on Windows PCs, Windows Phone mobile devices and of course on Xbox , is leading Microsoft to bring the Xbox Live experience to iOS and Android devices .
According to The Verge, Microsoft wants users of all mobile devices to have Xbox Live, as an alternative to Google Play Games and Apple's Game Center, in networking between players and possibly as a solution for gaming on all devices (of course, except for Playstation 4 and Nintendo Wii).
