Although many are happy to see more free games, there is still some disappointment among players. The new games will be available from Tuesday, November 7, 2023, and will remain available until Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
All three games will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers . This includes the most affordable tier of the subscription, called PlayStation Plus Essential. Although these games are free to subscribers, the quality of the games has led some to question the quality of the service .
The highlight of the month is Mafia 2: Definitive Edition, which has a respectable score of 72 on Metacritic. Mafia 2 is considered the best game in the Mafia series, which became popular in the early 2000s. The remake of the original Mafia received positive reviews in 2020, however, Mafia 2 did not receive the same treatment.
Mafia 2 was simply ported to modern consoles rather than being remastered like the original game, so the game's action-adventure scenes look dated by modern standards.

Next on the list is Aliens Fireteam Elite, which received positive reviews for its Alien-inspired third-person survival gameplay. However, it was generally considered fairly lackluster, receiving an average score of 69.
Finally, there's Dragonball the Breakers, an online fighting game set in the Dragonball universe. However, the game has received negative reviews and only received a 53 score on Metacritic, making it difficult to find online players. With its release on PS Plus, it's likely that there will be an increase in online players, which will make the game easier to play.
