McDonald's unveiled its Big Golden Throne to the public this week as part of a giveaway to celebrate the launch of its new McCrispy chicken sandwich in the UK. While the sandwich may look tasteless, the throne is regal. The ergonomic, plush chair is equipped with two side trays to make playing and snacking more convenient. One fits perfectly to hold a box of McDonald's large golden fries, while the other can act as a "heat zone" for burgers, keeping the sandwiches warm (and hopefully salmonella-free) for the duration of the session. This chair also has two slots on the side of the fries tray where you can place 2 bowls of sauce. It also includes holders for drinks and napkins.

It's understandable to wonder why someone would ruin a beautifully crafted masterpiece with something as humiliating as eating fast food. McDonald's has the solution, once again. The McCrispy Ultimate Gaming Chair is finished in stain-resistant leather and comes with a branded towel. So gamers can relax knowing their throne will withstand sweaty sessions and greasy fingers. The small black cushion attached to the headrest means that, in case of need, the chair can be used as a bed.

The giveaway only has one gaming chair available to win. McDonald's declined to reveal who designed and developed the chair or whether it has any plans to mass-produce it in the future.
