One of the features Apple announced during WWDC21 for iCloud+ was the ability to customize email domains . Now, about two months later, you can try out the custom email domain feature on the iCloud beta site.
According to Applesfera, iCloud subscribers simply need to log in to beta.icloud.com to create a custom domain.

Apple has said that iCloud+ will bring some new features, without any extra charge for using the service. Here's what the company says about custom email domains on iOS 15 preview page:
“Personalize your iCloud Mail address with a custom domain name and invite family members to use the same domain with their iCloud Mail accounts“.

Support for custom email domains in iCloud+ is a major addition to iCloud.
In addition, iCloud+ brings other interesting features:
- Private Relay: With this feature, all traffic leaving your device is encrypted and sent through two separate relays. Apple says that no one, not even Apple, can access or see this data. We'd say this is pretty similar to an Apple VPN.
- Hide My Email: This is a new feature built into Mail, Safari, and other services that allows you to hide your email from services.
- Unlimited HomeKit Secure Video cameras. Currently, iCloud users are limited to five cameras per account, but that limit has been removed for iCloud+.

If you're enrolled in the iCloud+ beta program, follow these steps to create a custom domain:
- Open beta.icloud.com.
- Click on iCloud Settings.
- In the “Custom Email domain” section, click “Manage”.
- At this point you can choose whether you want to create a domain for yourself or for your entire family.
- After you decide on your domain name, add an existing email address to redirect your messages.
- Update everything and complete your domain setup.
According to Apple, users can have up to five personalized domains, while you and your family members can each have three email addresses per domain.
