The features of the new Nokia 3310

We've already reported that HMD Global is planning to introduce a new line of Nokia smartphones during MWC 2017. But we're sure that true fans Nokia 3310 are more excited about the return of the legendary Nokia . Nokia 3310 Nokia 3310 Nokia 3310 Nokia 3310 Nokia 3310

Today, some of the phone's specifications and design details have been leaked. It seems that the modern version of the Nokia 3310 will retain some of the key elements of the original device that made it so popular.

However, the modern version of the model will cost 59 euros, so we shouldn't expect groundbreaking innovations but rather an upgraded version of the nostalgic Nokia 3310.

The new model will retain roughly the same design as the original that was released 17 years ago. This means that the physical keyboard will still be there, we just don't know what its form will be this time.

The company is set to bring some changes to the weight and thickness of the device. The phone will be lighter and thinner, a fact that does not surprise us much as phone components have shrunk significantly over time.

The new Nokia 3310 comes with a better and larger screen. The original model had a monochrome 84×84 screen, while the new model has larger dimensions and colors. So since the screen is not going to be the main specification of the device, Nokia is investing in the feature that made the model stand out all these years: Battery life.

Additionally, HMD Global plans to bring more color variants of the phone beyond the gray, black, and blue options of the original model. Specifically, the new Nokia 3310 will be available in red, green, and yellow.

The new phone is expected to be announced on February 26 in Barcelona.
