Although Samsung, Samsung Pay, is not yet available in all countries, the giant has decided to introduce it to other markets. As far as we know, Samsung Pay is not compatible with all of the company's smartphones, nor does it support those from different manufacturers.
A new report comes to refute this fact as it states that Samsung plans to pre-install the application on any smartphone that is about to be released on the market. The best part is that the South Korean company is seeking to make Samsung Pay on even more Android devices, even if they belong to different manufacturers. This will be implemented through a special application that will be available on Google Play. Clearly, all new mobile devices of 2017 will have the feature pre-installed, while the application is expected to be released sometime during the year.
A company representative confirmed the reports, stating that Samsung Pay was already installed on several upcoming devices this week.
The reason for this action is the previous statements of Koh Dong-Jin, president of Samsung's business division, who had emphasized last August that fingerprint sensors can be installed even in mid-priced mobile devices, starting with the Galaxy J series. So Samsung Pay can in turn work on any Samsung smartphone.
What will be particularly interesting is to see the reactions of other manufacturing companies to Samsung's proposal and how much they will allow their customers to acquire Samsung Pay.
