ISIS has released a 25-minute video that depicts, among other things, the faces of Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, and Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter, being riddled with bullets!
ISIS began responding after Facebook and Twitter decided to block terrorist content on their networks. Representatives from both companies were among those who met with senior White House officials in January to discuss how to tackle online terrorism.

During the video, a text proclaims: “To Mark and Jack, founders of Facebook and Twitter: You say every day that you are closing our accounts and we respond: that's all you can do? If you close one account we will open 10 and soon your names will be deleted after we close your sites and you know what we say is true!”

In the video, the terrorists claim to control over 10,000 Facebook accounts, 150 Facebook groups and 5,000 Twitter profiles.
A Twitter spokesperson said they would not be releasing a response as these threats are so common now! The spokesperson declined to say how many threats the company has received, although the video appears to specifically target Twitter, which has shut down Islamic State accounts.
A widely circulated ISIS statement in March 2015 directly addressed Dorsey, saying: “Your virtual war on us will become a real war on you. You started this failed war. We told you from the beginning that this is not your war but you didn’t understand and kept shutting down our Twitter accounts but we will always be back! But when our lions come and take your breath away you will never come back to life!”
