If you use Skype, you'll know that Microsoft has stopped releasing the modern version of the app, and is fully focused on developing a client that can be used with a mouse and touch.
Today a new version of Skype was released, but Microsoft has not yet made available the changes that the update brings.
What is known, aside from the expected improvements (which the company keeps hidden for now), is that the Skype 7.6 version comes with an updated collection of emoticons.
The updated Skype clients for other platforms are expected to be released soon.
