Noted jailbreaker pod2g has provided a quick fix for the Weather app that broke the evasi0n jailbreak. The instructions are for advanced users, so don't try this unless you know how to do it.
Pod2g posted the fix on his blog for those who are "having issues with Weather.app not working anymore after applying the evasi0n jailbreak."
Speaking on behalf of evad3rs, pod2g states, “The jailbreak process corrupted com.apple.mobile.installation.plist. A little tinkering with the code for today, until the official fix is released in Cydia.”
