Did you recently purchase an Apple Watch and are you looking for ways to increase its functionality?
With the project we will describe below (first posted by Lifehacker), you will be able to use your new watch as a remote key for your home or office door.
Developed by Make, it uses an application to generate a 128-bit radio frequency (RF) key.
So in combination with an RF-enabled Arduino board you can unlock your door with Apple Watch .
The construction will cost you about $100.
With the video and detailed instructions on the website, installing it will be a breeze. Make has also uploaded the project's open source code to GitHub. There you will find everything you need.
