The conference was held in Marrakech, Morocco, and gathered more than 100 participants from 42 countries in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe. Kaspersky Lab partners were informed about its new strategy for corporate security solutions and the improvements made within the partnerships. At the same time, they had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the digital threat landscape, share best practices, attend training sessions on technology topics and discuss the most important current issues. Within the conference, Kaspersky Lab also held partner awards for the outstanding results they recorded in various areas.
The conference, which provided an opportunity for Kaspersky Lab partners to exchange views, featured eight presentations and one training seminar by the company’s top executives and experts. Speakers included Garry Kondakov , Chief Business Officer , Maxim Frolov , Managing Director for Emerging Markets, Costin Raiu , Director of the Global Research & Analysis Group , Vladimir Zapolyansky , Head of Product and Technology Intelligence , and Alexander Erofeev , Chief Marketing Officer .
In the opening presentation of the conference, Garry Kondakov referred to the new challenges that Kaspersky Labas the global economy is constantly changing. Despite the changing situation, he emphasized that both users and businesses still need protection and pointed out that the company's success is based not only on its effective range of security products, which are constantly being upgraded, but also on the ability of its partner community to address the customer.
