3,000 students will have to re-sit an incredibly difficult exam at the School of Medicine at Rangsit University in Bangkok, Thailand, after a high-tech cheating attempt was uncovered.
The university said that three students were caught filming the exam paper with tiny cameras hidden in their glasses. The scene was reminiscent of the Mission Impossible scenario! The video was then transmitted to a team outside the exam room who solved the questions and sent the answers to the smartwatches of three other students.

According to the Bangkok Post, students who were in the room and wanted to copy would give 850,000 baht (about 21,100 euros) to those who were transmitting the answers from memory if they passed the class.
The University's dean, Arthit Ourairat, posted the scam on Facebook where it received thousands of shares!
The students' plan was clever, but it seems they weren't so clever as to not get caught! The 3 students who planned the trick were blacklisted by the university and were banned from retaking exams, and it's not certain that they will be allowed to enter other universities.
